Oh yes! 2015 has finally arrived. The year we’ve all been waiting for since Marty McFly ended up there from 1985 (in 1989). While keeping in mind that we still have about a year to make flying skateboards mainstream and at least we had the sense to not let fashion get that much out of hand, I’d say we’ve come a long way since then. For example, Marty or Doc didn’t even notice the internet, or smartphones. I certainly didn’t see those coming. Those, or the gigantic enormous pile of stuff that my life has accumulated since those days. I was never good at cleaning up my room but by gods, you’d think I would have learned by now. In all honesty, I can’t even blame the kids; I am a messy person and that’s the Gospel Truth*. Usually I don’t do resolutions for the new year but this year I am determined to make a difference: I will clean up my house, my act, my life and my universe. This coming week I will first determine exactly what and how I will accomplish, and then set out and go forth to do so.
*Pick a gospel, any gospel. Whatever makes you tick.
