Yesterday evening I didn’t report but the day went without complaints. Even though there was some decidedly bad news from various quarters at the end of it, and the minions were sometimes in a bit of a fight mode. This is something they also need to learn, how to argue, so that is good too. Sorry for no picture. Tonight is Great British Bake Off and they’re making biscuits so whatever happens today I will have that to look forward to. Have a lovely day!

In the spirit of not complaining, I can only say today I will try much harder! Plus, it’s really interesting to discover how difficult it becomes to talk to some people if you can’t join in a mutual moany session!

Nope, not at all. I think we just talk so much, over so many years, that we fall back into the same conversations – we have a ‘isn’t this terrible?’, ‘yes, yes it is’ kind of a vibe!
