I would like a good, long cookbook that lists regular daily meals BUT categorised by both season and duration to make it. Many of the meals should be possible to make in a short time. The ingredients should not be too expensive or hard to obtain. The meals should be healthy with plenty of vegetables (because I like vegetables) and – this is important! – the portions should be big enough so I don’t spend the rest of the evening either snacking or convincing myself not to. Because that’s no good. Also, it should offer a ‘plus’ option, not a ‘less’ option, in terms of calories etc. It’s a matter of pride, that one.
So far I have not found this. It would be great if you could get right on it and make it available within the next, oh, month or so. Love you! Thanks!
